Ben Mullins brings more than 15 years of experience in residential construction and project management, along with a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering Management. His extensive background includes production, custom, and multifamily construction, with projects ranging from smaller residential renovations and additions to the construction and renovation of significant estates throughout Central Virginia.

Throughout his career, Ben has developed a reputation for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship. His broad experience allows him to navigate the complexities of construction while maintaining a personal, collaborative relationship with each client.

With a deep appreciation for the architectural character of Central Virginia, Ben takes pride in helping homeowners realize their vision, whether through the careful transformation of an existing home or the construction of something entirely new. He believes that successful projects are built on clear communication, thoughtful planning, and an unwavering commitment to doing things well.

Katie Mullins

Director of Operations

Katie Mullins oversees the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the company, helping ensure that projects run smoothly and clients receive attentive, personalized service. As an accomplished real estate professional with Blenheim Realty Group, she brings extensive experience in client relations, contract coordination, marketing, and business management.

Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of the Central Virginia real estate market make her an invaluable part of the team. Working alongside Ben, Katie helps manage the business operations that allow him to focus on construction, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results for clients.
